The Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu’s team of Master Chefs led by award-winning Executive Chef H.K Cheong made history once again by preparing a 38kg Giant mooncake, which was officially launched by the hotel’s General manager Mr Adrian Ng at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge.
The launch was witnessed by Senior Citizens from the Senior Day Care Centre of Kota Kinabalu’s widows welfare Association (SDCC-KKWWA)
