The Hotel Team did just that by tossing a unique Tutti Frutti ‘Yee Sang’ (that features premium imported and local fruits & vegetables) together with media fraternity in front of the hotel’s **golden Giant Rooster in the hotel lobby. Due to the overwhelming response on the hotel’s ‘Yee Sang’ condiments with healthy Olive Oil （采用健康橄榄油的鸿运鱼生）in the past, the Hotel’s Executive Chef H.K.Cheong (张涵钦) & his team of Chinese Master Chef brought back this all-time favorite dish with prices ranging from RM88.00 and above. Vegetarians can also enjoy the ‘Yee Sang’ with Pear & Shredded Fruits. For those with a penchant for something New and Refreshing, try Chef Cheong’s Special ‘Yee Sang’ Edition: Tutti Frutti ‘Yee Sang’ that features premium imported and local fruits & vegetables priced at RM218.00 per dish. This and the rest of the ‘Yee Sang’ dishes are also available for takeaway until 11th February 2017.
Besides the Healthy Prosperity ‘Yee Sang’, the media were also given a chance to sample Chef Cheong’s Must-Try range of Dim Sums made available from the 1st （年初一）to the 4th Day （年初四） of the Chinese New Year (i.e. Saturday, 28th to Tuesday, 31st January 2017) from 7.30am – 2.30pm at Rafflesia Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu. Thereafter, Dim Sum will continue to be served at its Halal Dynasty Chinese Restaurant （皇朝中餐厅）from 11:30am – 2:30pm on weekdays and 7:30am – 2:30pm on Saturday & Sunday.
