Sea Monster, a local born brand name have their grand opening on 18 February 2017 at Segama Komplex. Sea Monster Restaurant soft launched on 12 December 2016 bringing in a fusion of Asian and western seafood together all in one place.
Sea Monster restaurant is inspired by a sailing ship, which is anchored in Sabah, because of its great seafood. They get our hands on seafood sources themselves. Their biggest seafood supplier is an eco-friendly farm in Tawau, culturing prawns, fish in sustainable and non-toxic ways
All their suppliers are certified Halal and they serve no pork. To make the best taste out of the great seafood, They don’t limit ourselves to any cuisine. Their cooking style is fusion, featuring American (street style), French, Italian, Japanese, Malay and much more.
Sea Monster serves fast food from the 11am-midnight every day.
To spice things up, they have special chefs’ menu(a surprise as always) starting at 5pm-11pm daily.
More local brands are coming up in Sabah and the Sea Monster certainly make us can enjoy local seafood fast food style bah!
