Kampung Buli Sim Sim is the earliest form of housing in Sandakan. The water village is built on stilts along side the coast of Sandakan. Our food hunting trip bring us to Sim Sim bridge no.7. Know for their spring noodle.
A simple house converted into a coffee shop.
We ordered curry laksa. The curry laksa has thick broth. This hearty delicacy is topped rather generously with such ingredients as prawns, , tau foo pok, fish paste and fish cake
The spring noodle has a springy texture.
The must try is their Springy noodle with fried pork and dumpling.
