Kozan, meaning ‘mountain’ in Japanese is a Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant at Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa. Kozan is a modern contemporary Japanese restaurant. The design aims to create a fun and energetic dining experience.
Teppanyaki is a traditional Japanese style iron griddle cooking, one of the best way to serve Beef and many other ingredients including fresh seafood such as lobster and abalone. Also, it’s entertaining to watch skillful chefs cooking the dishes right in front of guests.
There are different set to choose from or you can choose from the a la carte menu. Good variety of drinks, sake, and wine are available.
The chopstick sleeve also doubles up as an origami. Instruction can be found inside the sleeve on how to make an origami using the same sleeve.
