Hyatt Regency Kinabalu proudly presents a brand new dish at its Nagisa Japanese Restaurant. Crafted by Chef Kenny, the Gyuniku set is an appetizing and healthy beef dish that will delight taste buds and deliver many healthy benefits.
The Gyuniku set uses Australian Wagyu, a well-marbled, high-quality beef. The thinly sliced Australian Wagyu is topped with bonito flakes to create an extremely rich and juicy texture with plenty of flavour that lingers on the palate. Wagyu beef’s high level of unsaturated fat helps reduce the risk of heart disease and lower blood cholesterol. This delicious dish is served with salad, tobiko maki, pickles, miso soup, rice or garlic rice and matcha ice cream. It is priced at MYR 88 nett, or MYR 100 nett with sliced sashimi.
In addition to this special dish, Nagisa Japanese Restaurant also offers a buffet dinner on the third Saturday of every month (priced at MYR 138 nett per adult). The restaurant will also offer special set menus for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, on 8 May and 19 June 2016, respectively.
