2019 see another opening of the rooftop bar after Rooftop Bar @ Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu. The Horizons Sky Bar and Cigar Lounge is located on the 12th floor of Pacific Sutera Hotel, offering a panoramic sunset view with Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park at the foreground, golf course view at the left side and the Sutera Marina and Magellan Sutera Hotel View at the other side.
It offers tropical craft cocktails, a deep selection of fine cigars, a modern deco design, a curated menu and a live DJ playing music to give the feel of a sophisticated lounge.

All patrons are required to be in proper attire and to dress in good taste at all times for entry.
