Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu recently launched their signature new sweet treat – éclairs, and champagne-based range of beverages – Sparklingheld at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge.
Guests enjoyed the new signature champagne-based Oceanus Breeze, Lychee Bellini, Strawberry Ecstacy, Crushed Emerald Projito, and mocktails Crushed Red Velvet, Infused Rosemary Lemonade.

The signature éclairs presented at the New Perspectives cocktail are part of 10 flavours available at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu. The oxtail ‘assam pedas’, coconut pumpkin and calamansi are destination-inspired éclairs, offering guests an authentic taste of local culture. These éclairs were created especially by the pastry team at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu and unique to this hotel.
