We ordered ambuyat set (minimum 2 person per serving) which come with ambuyat, Lime syrup, side dishes and condiments.

Ambuyat is a dish derived from the interior trunk of the sago palm. It is a starchy bland substance, similar to tapioca starch. Ambuyat is popular around Beaufort and Kuala Penyu area because sago play an important socio-economic role for many local communities
