Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa launched the Togetherness in Celebration 11-course set menu on 15 February & 2 March 2018 and Good Fortune and Longetivity 9-course set menu from 16-18 February 2016.
The set meal will be available at Shang Palace of Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru Resort Spa.
Yum Cha Buffet available from 16 – 18 February 2018 at RM108 per person
Yee Sang and various Chinese New Year Products are also available for takeaway.
Shang Palace Treasure Chicken. Expect to find lots of “treasure” inside the chicken which includes:
- Abalone
- Sea Cucumber
- Fish Maw
- Dried Scallops
- Black mushroom
- Red Dates
- Chinese Herbs ‘Kee Chee”
- Sea Mosses
- Dried Oyster
- Whole Garlic
- Broccoli on the side.
2 days advanced booking are required for Poon Choi (Treasure Pot) and Shang Palace Treasure Chicken.
