The highlights of  Chinese New Year’s Eve buffet include chef’s signature dishes: fish maw crab meat soup, prawn mayonnaise and braised sea cucumber with broccoli, spicy salt and pepper soft shell crab, which are all features of the halal-certified spread at Tanjung Ria Kitchen.  A platter of halal-certified à la carte Yee Sang and Peking duck is available for dine-in or takeaway.
